| |   | Announcements | | | NEW COPAY & NO-SHOW POLICY! No-Shows have been taking up other patients' appt. times. You will be charged $50 for failing to cancel an appt. one business day in advance. Failing to keep a New Patient appt your credit card will be charged $100. If you have a copay for office visits or allergy shots, your insurance requires that we collect it at each visit. 2. Prepay for several shots.
3. Use EZ-Pay: Just leave your charge card number & we will automatically collect your copays, saving you time & checks.
